CTV is a version of Asset Voting, but Warren Smith has his own rules for
how the candidates transfer the votes.  I like the name Candidate Transfer
Voting because it is more descriptive and doesn't have the loaded word
"asset" in the name.  People associate Assets with big shot business men.
