accustomed to Plurality or IRV, there is a strong tendency to bury one's favorite to help a compromise.
I've seen that done in a Condorcet presidential poll, for instance. She likes Nader's proposals better than
the Democrat's policies, but she ranked all of the Democrats over Nader, because of habitually-felt
need for lesser-of-2-evils voting.

Therefore, in the U.S., and probably England and Australia too, it's absolutely necessary to be able
to assure voters that it's entirely impossible that they could have any reason to bury their favorite.

FBC is absolutely essential for any voting system proposal in the U.S.

Besides, simplicity, brevity, and obviousness of definition is necessary too, for acceptance.

For those reasons, Beatpath isn't a choice for a proposal in the U.S.
