[EM] Poll ballots

I did wonder if it might have been better to have a more general poll with just Condorcet as one thing, as I expect it would win anyway. Then we could have had another poll on Condorcet methods. Having said that, without having really looked at other people's ballots, my view has always been that Ranked Pairs was going to walk this. I suppose we'll find out shortly.

This is why I mentioned earlier that I'm not sure what the point of the poll is. There's just too many methods included for us to rank all of them without forgetting half of them.

The missing methods were left unranked. They're thus considered to be
ranked equal below every explicitly ranked candidate. In addition,
write-ins are considered unranked on the ballots that don't rank them.

Joshua Boehme didn't rank Max Strength Transitive Beatpath; and Robert
Bristow-Johnson left Approval with runoff, MJ, RCIPE, and Double Defeat
Hare unranked.
