SP, only counting majority-defeats.

It never elects BF*, but it might well elect Bus.

*or so it seems to me.  …so: unless I’m mistaken. BF has a majority defeat.
Bus doesn’t
& therefore can’t be eliminated before defeating BF.

It brings wv advantages to easy handcount.

It doesn’t even matter what the agenda-order is, but, as you said, IA would
be good.
