I took another look at Steve's Maximize Affirmed Majoriies page, at
electowiki, and I should say that Steve's central definition--the basic
definition without the supporting definitions--is also quite brief, as
brief as my central definition..

Steve's definition is about finishing-order, and mine is about winner.
