A bit more regarding N-1 column tiebreakers.

Single office.
A 3rd choice is added to 2 existing choices.
Assume NO Condorcet Winner.

Is it a bit common sense that for a tiebreaker each voter has in effect 2
YES votes (in columns 1 and 2) ???
Should the choice with the least YES votes lose ???
----
Same stuff with added choices -
Pick 3 of 4
Pick 4 of 5
etc.

i.e. do the REVERSE for eliminating choices 1 at a time (and checking for
Condorcet Winners and Losers).

Note - the Number Votes column rank order by each voter may obviously
change when there are added choices.

AB
CAB
CABD
ECABD
ECAFBD
etc.

i.e. ALL of the possible factorial combinations with a larger number of
voters.

2 2
3 6
4 24
5 120
6 720
etc.
