[EM] Dropping IC-Smith-T and iC-Schwartz-T

It seems to me that IC-Smith-T and IC-Schwartz-T fail FBC, because of
their use of those sets. For that reason I'm withdrawing my proposal
of those two methods.

I don't know of any problem of Double-Ended ICT, but, in polls, I'm
using ordinary ICT, because it's (relatively) an older proposal that
has been looked at more, with Improved Condorcet having been proposed
by Kevin Venzke, and ICT by Chris Benham.
