[EM] [RangeVoting] IRV vs Condorcet vs Range/Score

Took a while to decipher what you meant.

Others seem to realize my topic is Condorcet vs IRV, both almost twin rank 
methods.

While I do have preferences among methods, this thread is into those two 
without considering what else I might prefer.
