Can you tell us something about the context of the election?  Who are
the voters, who/what are the candidates, what is the relationship
among voters and between voters and candidates, what does the winner
win, who are other stakeholders, what is at stake, what is the time
frame for doing the election, where in the election cycle are you
now, what processes are there for voters to develop an informed
opinion about the candidates?
