Here are some methods that pass SFC:

Plain Condorcet (PC), BeatpathWinner/CSSD, SSD, SD, Ranked-Pairs (RP)

All of those but PC also pass GSFC.

I consider SFC and GSFC to be the best of what rank-ballotng can guarantee, 
the best that the best voting systems can guarantee.
