For some reason I thought that the method using a "tied at the top rule"
was added by you, but after taking a look at the page history I confirm
that it was added by Kevin. My mistake. Anyway, you are still invited to
define AERLO and ATLO using the link provided, as well as any other method
that you may find interesting.
