[EM] Knesset approves raising vote threshold from 1.5% to 2%

Since Israle is often studied PR case and since there was talk about Israely PR on here for a few times this might be of interest:

The Knesset on Monday approved the final readings of a bill to raise from 1.5 percent to 2 percent the amount of votes needed by any party to win representation in the Knesset. The vote passed 67-17. http://www.haaretzdaily.com/hasen/spages/428590.html
