I'm glad you liked it, but I fear except for Dave Ketchum and you, not many

Wow, I'm not sure I understand everything... :-/ (I fact, I'm pretty sure I don't. I think I will have to read your slides a few
more times ;-) )
Also, I'm not sure about what you are calling "wavefunction collapse" or "collapse of alternatives".

To explain my point of view, I would say that to live happy, we should
    - never forget that human being is also an animal (with something more, but still an animal)
        so, it is certainly not deterministic, and wouldn't work as good if it was
    - never attempt to renounce to that, because it's the best way to loose our identity and destroy ourselves.
        never try to impose determinism, where it is not needed
    - try to reach harmony, which is a nice empty word that I would describe as accepting ourselves as we are.
        try to resolv psychological conflict, try to prevent culpability and accept the parts of ourselves we want to hide.
    - try to see others with the same eyes we see ourselves (at least when the previous points are achieved

This is what create psychological disorders for human being and it will have the same effect for human groups.

then, I think that human brain is quite efficient at whats it does, so when we know how to be happy with ourselves, when we know how
to make peace with ourselves, then we could try to have society work the same way as human brain. this is the idea behind my design.

To come back to personnal choise and decision making, I would say that I'm not on that level. I think that decision making (or not
making decision) is just a choice intelligence can make, and I'm only trying to make democracy intelligent. what happens afterwards
is not part of my problem (yet). It is a further choice to make. When you raise a child, you first make him intelligent, and then
you ask him to make choices.
In comparison, I would say that current society, with a vote system and media giving the same info to everyone, is like a sleeping
brain (in alpha waves). My point is that we first need to wake it up.

Yes, it is quite good, but I still would like to make a few comments.
I don't like the world direct democracy to describe it. In the level 1of
representation you have quite a form of direct democracy, but this
should probably not be used too often, because I fear direct democracy
is quite a dangerous tool to use. I would more see this as a democratic
way for putting the right people at the right places. In that sense, we would
probably have some professionalization, but it would be kept in people
domains of competencies. and as you observed it, there is as few
concentration of power as possible.

This was one of the first goals :

No, I think that this system applies to parlementary representation (legislative
power) only, and that presidency or any equivalent system (executive power)
should follow it's own ways.

There are different ways of working. You can have a president or you can
have a king, but you need someone to hold the real executive power (which
is either the president, or a prime minister.) This one, plus other ministers make
the government. They must have confidence from people or from the parliament.
So, you could make this work like it does now, or else you could split the
responsibilities by topic. On that point, I don't know if one would be best.

hmmmm... Now that I re-read the text, I realise that your problem about decision
taking and collapsing alternatives, probably came from here : My proposition was
mostly intended for people representation, mostly at parlementary level.
Executive decisions are not taken at that level... As you said, if we want a leadership,
we probably will need another kind of process for executive decisions.

I probably should have been clearer about my position. I actually agree
with you that rationality (as usually defined) is not very healthy.
My view is of Reason, Intention & Emotion all feeding into Action, with

Okay, I apologize for not reading/understanding your proposal.  It
sounds like your fundamental premise is that -direct democracy- is the
optimal situation, in the sense of leaders having clear access to the
totality of the electorate's real-time mental state.  And that you have
scaleable decision making built into the system, so there's no real
concentration of power.  But you still have some professionalization
and specialization, as  you would get with a representative democracy.
Is that a fair summary?

It is an interesting model, and I agree it has a certain organic
attractiveness.

I guess the one thing I am uncomfortable with is that this seems like a
parliamentary model, where leadership is derived from the aggregate
delegates at a given level.  One of the reasons the U.S. has an
independent presidency is the belief that the "dynamic energy" of a
separately empowered individual is needed to provide focus and
direction.   Is that something that would be parallel to this kind of
'neural legislator', or is it fundamentally incompatible with this
model?  Or do you think that your top-level prime minister is
equivalent to that?
