[EM] My ballot

I've noticed that it would have been nice to be able to leave people out
without putting them at the bottom of the ballot; that's where George W.
Bush goes. Anybody I don't know about has more than half a chance of
being better than GWB.
This could be implemented in different ways - perhaps I could specify a
default rank (17 is what it ended up being) for people I leave
unranked, or perhaps I could opt for unranked candidates to be left out
of my pairwise comparisons altogether (though that option might result
in weak, unknown candidates doing too well).
So here's the ballot.
