Here is the ballot for the presidential poll. There are 24 candidates,
unless I've missed on, which isn't likely.

Post your completed ballot to EM. During the balloting period we'll set up
voting at the Condorcet count websites. But in the meantime, at least post
your ballot to EM.

The order in which they're listed on the ballot is: First the ones who were
known to be declared candidates (in alphabetical order), then ones who might
be candidates and were nominated, and then others in the order in which they
were nominated, or nearly so.

The 1st column has candidate-names, the 2nd column has spaces for rank
numbers, the 3rd column has spaces for Approval votes, and the 4th column
has spaces for CR 0-100 ratings. At the top of the ballot are places to
indicate where you want your Approval cutoff &/or automatic equal ranking
line, if you want to use those.

Having both an Approval votes column and also an Approval cutoff indication
is so that someone preferring one or the other can use the one they prefer.
Of course one could use both. If someone uses both, and the 2 Approval votes
disagree, then the Approvall marks will take precedence over the Approval
cutoff.

This ballot will probably be posted a little before 1200 GMT, 17 February.
So let's say that the voting deadline is one week after that: 24 February,
at 1200 GMT.

As I was saying, anyone can change their vote by re-posting their ballot, at
any time before the voting deadlline, as many times as they want to.

After the voting deadline there'll be a one-week period during which anyone
can promote candidates to 1st place if they want to. That's to counter
possible offensive order-reversal.

Having that, and also the automatic equal ranking line option, is for
convenience for those who prefer one to the other. If you've used the
automatic equal ranking line option, you might not need to bother doing
manual promotions to 1st place later. On the other hand, the week for manual
1st place promotions is a good thing for anyone who hasn't used an automatic
equal ranking line.

Of course the manual 1st place promotion could achieve more flexibility.

Of course you can expand the voting mark boxes for 2-digit rank numbers or
3-digit CR ratings.
