This voter didn't end up with a worse result from his point of
view by participating. Even if he hadn't participated there
would have been a tie between A and B. This voter's ballot
simply had no influence on the result.

This voter regrets that he hasn't voted in a different manner.
But he doesn't regret that he has participated.
