First time I take the time to llok at MCA mechanics...
If I bullet vote  with only my first preference as A,
how is considered my paper at this second round?
Does it count as two votes for A at this stage?
How is generalized the truncated paper handling?
What would represent at stage five both the following ballots
in your counts?
1A 2B
1C 2D 3E 4A 5F
just to understand if voters have the same power
if they truncate their preferences...
