D- Looks like IRVING is crushed in the dirt under the monument.

What happened to plurality ???

Back in reality land there is still --

Absolute Votes (YES/NO, 100 to 0 percent, etc.) and
Relative Votes (1, 2, etc.)

Certain ever clueless folks seem unable to detect that IRVING only uses a
part of a place votes table (a type of Relative Votes).
