ANTI- Democracy = less than 50 % plus 1

Super-Democracy percentages (for ordinary elections or the making of ordinary 
laws) are a special form of ANTI-Democracy.

Example - 60 votes in the U.S.A. Senate (having 100 votes) to stop debates.

Most if not ALL of the political rot in the last 5,000 plus years is due to 
ANTI-Democracy regimes -- mostly monarchs/ oligarchs (often UN-elected 
powermad killers) -- recent examples - Kaiser Wilhelm II in Germany - starter 
of World War I, Hitler in Germany- starter of World War II, etc.
