Bogus Condorcet

I long ago gave up trying to answer each of Demorep's letters to
this list, when he repeats mis-statements that have been corrected
over & over. 

I just want to emphasize just one more time that the many & diverse
methods that Demorep is calling "Condorcet's method" are not
consistent with what Condorcet proposed. 

And also that even when the method that Demorep is talking about
actually is Condorcet's method, that method isn't as complicated
as you might be led to believe the very elaborate & long
discussions in those letters. Especially, the long & complex
algorithms that Demorep proposes do _not_ implement Condorcet's
method.
