I don’t remember. It was about 35 years ago, & it wasn’t widely-accepted, &
so I haven’t been hearing an mention of it.

I’m fairly sure that it was about some circumstance in which wv is
strategy-free.

But I assure you that wv is strategy-free for all intents & purposes, due
to its autodeterence.
