I stand corrected. 10 days, not 15. Alaska Stat. §15.20.081(e) and (h)

10 days after a Tuesday is...Friday. Received by the close of business
Friday. Add in the weekend. Come back on Monday and it's day 13. I can't
explain the other two days, fine.
