[EM] Poll on voting-systems, to inform voters in upcoming enactment-elections

Of course, these aren’t the only two options! But almost no voter is going
to pay any attention to a poll where almost all the options aren’t on their
ballot. It’s like those ridiculous presidential polls that put Michelle
Obama in there.
