I'm sorry, I don't know what "tl;dr" is.  If, by "lather and rinse and 
repeat" you mean they discuss issues that concern them and decide which 
of them has the best (from their point of view) ideas for addressing 
current concerns, then, yes.

I'm sorry for rushing this, but I'm not feeling well and am on the way 
to the doctor's office.  The by-passes they installed last August may be 
malfunctioning.
