To get SOME idea about how STUPID the brain dead know-it-all mainstream 
media is about so-called election reforms --

see Time magazine, May 26, 2014, pp. 36-39.

NO mention in the MORON article, of course, that   --

1/2 votes x 1/2 rigged pack/crack gerrymander districts = 1/4 or less 
indirectly control.

The districts were totally rigged by the CA gerrymander commission having 
Donkey spies -- which took over the commission.

i.e. both the CA gerrymander commission and the top 2 primary were and are 
EVIL bogus ANTI-Democracy election so-called *reforms*.
Too many media morons to count -- along with dangerous morons doing 
election reforms in many nations.
