[EM] Chicken Dilemma--To whom is it a problem?

Something was left out of my Chicken Dilemma Criterion (CD):

The premise should have an additional stipulation:

If a voter prefers, to A and B, a candidate other than A and B, then
that voter prefers everyone to A and B, and ranks everyone over A and
B, and doesn't have a preference between A and B, or vote either over
the other.

I've considered changing the criterion so that it only speaks of a
3-candidate scenario. But that doesn't seem necessary.
