Ok, that comes close. However, an otherwise excellent method with 1/1000000 random probability of not meeting unaminity, giving victory to some almost equally good candidate, would maybe be a stupid method, but still maybe acceptable. I.e. I could accept it if other alternatives are worse. :-)
