[EM] Libertarian platform and voting-system reform?

I've implied that maybe the Libertarians would give us voting-system
reform. But I've noticed that there's nothing about it in their 2012
platform.

What there _is_, however, is opposition to any public campaign
financing, and opposition to any interference with private gifts to
campaigns (and candidate and officeholders?).

So we'd have money as speech, and the best-covered candidates, parties
and policies would be the ones that are supported by the biggest
money?

It's your money, and you can do what you want with it. Step right up
and buy the candidate of your choice?

By the way, I noticed something else in that platform, and I thought
that I'd quote it, though it isn't about elections:

"Where property, including land, has been taken from its rightful
owners by the government or private action in violation of individual
rights, we favor restitution to the rightful owners"

So, can we assume that the Libertarians would give this continent back
to the Native Americans, from whom our ancestors took it by force?
