[EM] One more thing about MJ non-extreme rating

In MJ, a non-extreme rating will raise a candidate's final score if
the candidate's support is lower, and lower the candidate's final
score if the candidate's support is higher.

That is the opposite of what is desired for SFR, which is intended to
help a candidate beat someone worse only if s/he already outscores
someone better.

That might be at least one thing that contributes to SFR being more
complicated in MJ, as compared to Score and Approval.

It could certainly be argued that it could result in SFR being less
effective in MJ, as compared to Score and Approval.
