ABucklin2:

Same as ABucklin, except that:

When any Bucklin vote-giving round results in 2 or more candidates having votes from a majority of
the voters, then:

1. Delete from the ballots every candidate who doesn't have votes from a majority of the voters.
2. Delete every ballot that has given a vote to a candidate who has votes from a majority of the voters.
3. Procede as usual in Abucklin.

As in ABucklin:

1. The ABucklin delay, when a ballot has several candidates at a rank position, is desirable, because it confers 
MMC compliance.

2. Conditionality, implemented as in AOC or GMAT or MMT, could be desirable because it confers 
defection-resistance.

3. The immediately-abovementioned two features #1 and #2 almost surely make the method handcount-infeasible.
