I replace the old SFC with this one:
 
Strategy-Free Criterion (SFC):
 
If there is a Condorcet Candidate (sincere CW), and if no one falsifies a preference,
then no candidate should win who has someone ranked over hir by a majority.
 
[end of SFC definition]
 
Of course, in practice, if preference-falsification doesn't occur on a scale sufficient to 
affect the outcome, then it's as if no one falsified a preference.
