[EM] Yee Diagrams for Bucklin Voting

I modifed Ka-Ping Yee's simulation code to cover Bucklin voting. In
three-candidate elections, Bucklin appeared to behave the same as
Approval or Condorcet, but in four-candidate elections some unusual
behavior ensued. Moreso than Borda count, Bucklin appears to
favor "moderate" candidates that are closer to the center of the group
of candidates. It's even possible that a more "moderate" candidate
will win even if another candidate is right at the peak of the voter
distribution.

Bucklin is certainly much better behaved than IRV, however.

Best,
Leon
