FYI,

Aspen just put out a press release noting the inaccurate STV vote counts.

At least TrueBallot seems to be self-correcting, but notice that no
one was able to find the error until they did due to the lack of
transparency and difficulty of counting using the STV method.  Aspen's
"audit" did not even try to check the vote counts.
