Yes, there are are many ways to make the
Nash equilibrium work better with changes
in the behaviour of one single voter (that
almost always does not change the result).

The approach above puts some value not
only to who the winner is but also to the
number of votes that each candidate gets.

Warren Smith discussed one approach in
his mail.

One more approach would be to compare the
"current winner" to other candidates one
by one and see if there are groups of
voters than want and can change the result.
