Copeland methods are the best methods in this
respect.

The fact, that the ranked pairs winner usually
pairwise beats the Schulze winner in random
simulations, is a direct consequence of the facts,
that the Schulze winner is usually identical
to the MinMax winner and that the MinMax winner
usually has a very low Copeland score (compared
to the winners of other Condorcet methods).
