[EM] Wiki on Electorama no longer maintained?

Rob Lanphier owns the electorama domain, and probably also the wiki. 
Most likely, he's forgotten to do some maintenance after an upgrade.

  said that this "looks like somebody updated the wiki to 1.13.0 but 
forgot to run update.php". Just search for 
"OutputPage::addCategoryLinks" on that page.

What's curious is that Rob hasn't done it, himself. Maybe someone should 
  nudge him by mail (not sent to the list, since he gets those already, 
and doesn't seem to have seen past list messages about this error).
