Hello,

I just wanted to draw the attention of the list as a whole to the call
for papers for a special "Electronic Voting" issue of the IEEE journal
Transactions on Information Forensics and Security.
http://vote.cs.gwu.edu/cfp.html  /
http://electionupdates.caltech.edu/?p=1941

There are several active threads that touch on topics covered in the issue:

    * Voting theory, including voting models
    * Cryptographic voting systems
    * Formal security analysis of voting systems
    * Experimental security analysis of voting systems
    * Evaluations and ratings of voting systems
    * Usability and accessibility of voting systems
    * History of voting technology
    * Components building-blocks of voting systems, such as anonymous
voting channels and secure bulletin boards
    * Fraud/anomaly detection in elections
    * Political districting and the allocation of voting technology
