Hallo,

the student senate of the North Carolina State
University adopted Condorcet voting for referenda:

The Condorcet method is defined in §204. No
tie-breaking rule is specified; when there
is no Condorcet winner, then the Board of
Elections chooses the winner from the Smith
set in an arbitrary manner.
