[EM] Getting the WHOLE Truth

The examples offered here are around 10 years old.  Even if you recognize 
what is not said, best to set that aside til after reading.

Too often promoters give us incomplete arguments.  Often they see no need 
to even stay close to the truth but, even if they do stick to truth, as 
will the two examples I offer, incompleteness can lead to dangerous decisions.

Geeks in California, at The Marshmallow Peanut Circus, thought of banning 
DHMO - noticing that "MO" stood for monoxide - sounds bannable when you 
think of a cousin, carbon monoxide.  The TRUTHS they document are 
convincing.  Original page is gone, but you can read their arguments at

Geeks down the street at The Armory documented TRUTHS as to why such 
banning would be a mistake (though they could be stronger, yet remain 
TRUE), at http://www.armory.com/~crisper/DHMO/
      From there the Scorched Earth Party makes interesting reading.
