[EM] Easy voting system optimality theorems

A list of 6 easy theorems (but still interesting, I think)
showing how various voting systems can be regarded as "optimal"
under appropriate "quality measures" cooked up for the occasion
(but not too artificial), is

It would be interesting for people to contribute more such theorems,
perhaps for some voting methods like MCA, DMC, Schulze, and Ranked Pairs
that denizens of this list are interested in.
