[EM] Launching AllAboutVoting.com !

I've recently moved to Sacramento for personal reasons.
As part of this move I have decided to step up my voting reform
activism.  To that end I am pleased to announce that I have just
launched a blog where I will discuss voting systems and reforms.

It is: AllAboutVoting.com

Amoung other topics I plan on promoting Approval voting and Range
voting there.
