Echoing your words, given knowledge of a set of Plurality votes, Condorcet
voters could indicate THE SAME desires and achieve THE SAME winner as
happened with the Plurality votes.
All of which does not prevent Condorcet voters, when permitted to use the
full capabilities of the method, from having ADDITIONAL power over either
Plurality or Approval.
