More interestingly, Simmons also suggests here what seem to be the right methods for
converting other kinds of ballots to RV ballots.   

It would be good to redo all the Debian elections using this conversion method (which seems
superior to Rob Lanphier's conversion method, subjectively speaking)  and see what happens.
