[EM] WMDDA as the greatest?

Actually, it seems to me the WMDDA method I described last email is
a contender for the evanescent EM title of "the greatest".

I think I like it better than DMDDA and MDDA.  Versus DMC it
has the advanatge it obeys FBC.

(Enough acronyms for you?)  The biggest problem I have with it is
DH3 failure but DMC and ICA also fail DH3.   

By "the greatest" I am speaking of "among condorcet-like methods involving
both ranked ballots and an approval notion."
