Though it's almost surely unattainable, there should be a name for the 
criterion that says that the matter of whether the winner comes from {A,B} 
is never affected by how a particular voter (or set of same-voting voters) 
orders A & B.

If that were attainable, it would be the goal for which any other criterion 
compliances should be traded.
