[EM] criteria questions

Hi folks.
	I have two questions:

1. Does the majority criterion plus the independence of clones criterion
imply the mutual majority criterion?
2. Does the Condorcet criterion plus the independence of clones criterion
imply the Smith criterion?

	I'm not aware of any rules that poses the first two but lack the last of
either of these groups, but I don't have a proof, and I suspect that it
may be possible to construct a weird method that does this. Can anyone
find either a proof or a counterexample for either?
