[EM] Plurality advantage or FHC malfunction?

Plurality meets FHC because the only way to not reverse a preference in 
Plurailty is to vote for your favorite and no one else. In other words, if 
you help a needed compromise, you're burying your favorite.

FHC calls that an advantage of Plurality. I call that a malfunction of FHC.
