[EM] San Francisco IRV Results with pSTV

Dear List,

I have converted the official ballots from the recent San Francisco IRV
election for use with pSTV.  Go to
    http://stv.sourceforge.net/
to download the software and the ballot files for the seven districts.
Also available are ballot files from the 2003 Cambridge STV election.

If you prefer, you can also compute the Condorcet winner with pSTV. :)
