It takes a slightly different format than things seem to be discussed
around here. It wants columns of rankings or ratings

A,B,C

rather than
A>B>C
B>C>A
C>A>B

So

18: A>C>B
15: A>B>C
18: B>A>C
14: B>C>A
20: C>B>A
15: C>A>B

becomes:

*18 1,3,2
*15 1,2,3
*18 2,1,3
*14 3,1,2
*20 3,2,1
*15 2,3,1
