I live southwest of there.  I saw a little article about it in a local paper.
What I thought was astounding and disheartening about it, is that although they
gave some legislators' arguments for and against the Instant Runoff, the article
didn't actually explain how the method works.  I can't understand how a paper
could purport to discuss a voting reform without explaining what it would be.
